Our products are shipped via insured Bpost. This is the most secure and convenient method so that we can be sure that the package will get to you.

– What if there is something wrong with my product?

Products that are custom made (see category OWN SYMBOLS) unfortunately can not be exchanged or returned. These products are tailored to the customer and can then no longer be sold.
